Refund Policy

Return Policy:-

1. Purple Lobe offers return policy in the case of damaged product received from our side, and informed to us within 24hrs of Delivery. You can write us on lobepurple@gmail.com with the order no. and the unboxing video attached in the mail or can whatsapp at +91 8078080418.
2. we receive the products we will dispatch the new one and if the same is out of stock or not available with us, you can select any other product of same amount from our website.
3. And last option if you don’t like any other products we will generate the credit note for same amount which you can use in your future purchase.

Exchange Policy:-

1. Purple Lobe offers exchange policy if informed within 24hrs of Delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the product, or want to change or has size issue. You can write us on lobepurple@gmail.com mentioning the order no. or whatsapp at +91 8078080418
2. For exchange you will have to return the product at our registered address with appropriate packing and bubble wrap along with the invoice or else we can schedule the return pickup for you which will be chargeable.
3. After we receive the product we will check and inform you to select any other product of same amount and if size is the issue we will dispatch you the new one if available in our stock.
4. And last option if you don’t like any other products we will generate the credit note for same amount which you can use in your future purchase.
